Our software and systems also allow us to easily fit in with an existing project team when not leading the project. Our systems and processes ensure that we can easily work with a wide consultancy base, with our drawing methods and office systems adaptable to suite the wider project team.
The directors’ experience in previous positions and practices allow the team to transfer the experiences gained to many different types of commercial work. Recently the practice has been involved in several commercial projects ranging from the fit out of private and cosmetic surgeries through to the design and delivery of a mixed-use schemes including, large commercial units, dance studio, leisure units and the delivery of a new Olympic standard climbing and bouldering centre.
As well as undertaking several large commercial projects, CROE Architects is also proud to partner key contractors in design and build partnerships, taking on schemes from original planning concepts and delivering them in tandem with the contractor and other key consultants. Our knowledge of the industry allows us to deliver complicated schemes within budget. Aligned with a keen dedication to the design process and a thirst to understand new and evolving technologies, we strive to deliver design and build projects for our construction partners and the end users.
