We were contacted by the client to produce planning drawings for the rebuild of a previously burnt out industrial unit and at the same time provide working drawings and specifications so that the building can be built, as soon as planning permission is granted.
The proposed building matched the previous building to limit the objections from the local authority. This gained planning permission in 2024 and we are now busy producing the construction and specification to get this project on site in 2024. We will be taking this to site and contract managing this project on behalf of the client and hope to hand this over late 2024 early 2025.
