Our clients purchased this site believing that it had been given planning permission for 5 units. However, when reviewing the documentation, the application had been withdrawn at the last moment. We took on the project looking at various different options to the scheme that was previously proposed. However, after several submissions and conversations with the local authority it became apparent that the council only wanted to discuss schemes that were similar to the previous submission.
Urban development
After altering the scheme to deal with flood conditions and further local authority comments planning permission was gaining in 2022.
We have since developed the building regulation and construction packages, it is currently on site and due for completion later in 2023.
